What?
What Is Bullet Journaling?
Bullet Journaling (or BuJo) is a minimalist, customizable system created by Ryder Carroll to manage his attention and organize his life.
He describes it as:
“An analog system to track the past, organize the present, and plan for the future.”
The core of the system is rapid logging—quick notes using simple symbols to track tasks, events, and thoughts.
Most Bullet Journals include:
🗂 Index – A list of what’s in your journal and where to find it
📅 Future Log – A long-term view of upcoming events and goals
🗓️ Monthly Log – A snapshot of each month’s priorities
📆 Daily Log – Your everyday tracker of tasks, notes, and reflections
✍️ Collections (Optional) – Habit trackers, goal lists, project plans, etc.
Who?
Who Should Use Bullet Journaling?
